Good to know

How does the card work?
Each Lumière card has a small NFC chip inside and a QR code on the back. When they hold the card to their phone, or scan the QR code, it opens your private love story page: a sealed envelope that opens to your photos, videos, your song, a letter and a live count of your time together.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. On iPhone (XS and newer), hold the card near the top of the phone and tap the notification that appears. Most Android phones read it as soon as NFC is on, which it usually is. Any phone can also scan the QR code on the back with its camera.
Do they need an app?
No. The page opens in the phone's normal web browser. There's nothing to download and no account to create.
How long is the page online?
Your page stays online for at least 5 years, with no subscription. You can keep editing it the whole time, and the card keeps opening it, so they can come back to it whenever they like.
Can I edit after ordering?
Yes. After you order we email you a private link to create your page, and the same link lets you change photos, the letter or the song at any time. Your changes go live when you tap “Update page”. The card itself never needs to change.
How long does shipping take?
Free shipping Australia-wide. We post your card within 2 business days after you publish your page. Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days after posting (Australia Post standard letter). We email you as soon as it's on its way.
Can I send it straight to my partner?
Yes. Enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout and we'll post the card to them. We only post it once your page is published, so it opens your story the moment it arrives.
