Why it makes a good Christmas present

Christmas is busy and loud. A gift that slows things down for a moment stands out. When she holds the card to her phone, an envelope with her name appears. She opens it, and your year (or years) together plays out: the photos you took, the places you went, the song that's yours, and a letter written just for her.

It also travels well. It fits in a stocking, a card or the box of another gift, and it doesn't need wrapping paper to feel special.

Ideas for a Christmas page

“Our year” in photos

Pick your favourite photos from the past twelve months, in order: up to 20 in the gallery. Short captions make them feel like memories rather than a slideshow, such as “The first swim of summer” or “The night we got lost in the city”.

Last Christmas, this Christmas

If you've spent more than one Christmas together, add each one to the timeline with a date and a sentence. It's a lovely way to show how far you've come.

A song she'll recognise

It doesn't have to be a Christmas song. Choose the one she sings in the car, or the one that was playing on your first date, and paste the Spotify or YouTube link.

A letter, not a card message

The letter is where the gift becomes personal. Tell her one specific thing you noticed about her this year, one moment you'll never forget, and what you're looking forward to next year. Specific beats poetic.

A little video

Add up to three videos: a clip from a trip, a moment you filmed without her noticing, or a short message recorded just for her. Upload a file or paste a YouTube link.

How it works

1. Order your card. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe, and shipping is free Australia-wide. You can send the card to yourself or straight to them.
2. Create your page. We email you a private link. Pick an occasion, then add your photos, videos, your song and a letter. Everything saves as you go.
3. Publish. Tap “Publish my page” when you're happy. We post your card within 2 business days after you publish your page. You can keep changing the page afterwards with the same link, and your page stays online for at least 5 years, with no subscription.
4. They tap the card. The page opens on their phone, no app needed. On iPhone they tap the notification that appears; most Android phones open it straight away, and the QR code on the back works on any phone.

Order early for Christmas

Each card is made in Melbourne and shipping is free Australia-wide. We post your card within 2 business days after you publish your page. Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days after posting (Australia Post standard letter). In the weeks before Christmas, Australia Post gets very busy and publishes last-day-to-post dates for Christmas delivery each year, so it's worth checking those dates for your state.

Because the card is posted once your page is published, the earlier you publish, the earlier it arrives. Publishing doesn't lock anything in: you can keep polishing the page right up to Christmas morning, and add photos from Christmas Day afterwards. See shipping and returns for the details.

Keeping it a surprise

If you're not together on Christmas, enter her address at checkout and we'll post it straight to her, ready to open the moment it arrives. For extra privacy you can add a password and a hint only she would know.
