A Lumière Memory Card costs A$35, in Australian dollars. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. After you pay, we email you a private link to create your memory page.

Free shipping Australia-wide. We post your card within 2 business days after you publish your page. Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days after posting (Australia Post standard letter). See shipping and returns for the details.

Your page stays online for at least 5 years, with no subscription. You can keep editing it with your private link for that whole time, and the card keeps opening it.

You keep the rights to the photos, videos, words and links you add. You give us permission to store them and show them on your page so the card can open it.

Only add content you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful, hateful or that puts someone else's privacy at risk. We may remove content or a page that breaks these terms.

Your page is hidden from search engines, but anyone with the card or its link can open a published page, so add a password if you want extra privacy. Your edit link lets anyone who has it change the page, so please keep it to yourself. Read more in our privacy policy.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your card arrives damaged or doesn't open your page, email us at info@lumierecard.com with your order number and we'll put it right.
